What Method of cleaning does The Carpet Cleaning Guy use?
The Carpet Cleaning Guy uses the preferred method of most major carpet manufacturers, Hot Water Extraction. The Carpet Cleaning Guy uses one of the most powerful truck mounted steam machines on the market today called THE BUTLER SYSTEM. This machine not only allows us to perform a more thorough cleaning, but reduces drying times by extracting over 95% of the water used to clean.
How long will it take for my carpets to dry?
Do you move furniture?
Are the solutions used safe for my kids and pets?
Is stain removal, pretreatment or deodorizing an extra cost?
How often should I clean my carpets?
As recommended by major carpet manufacturers, carpets should be cleaned at least every 12 to 18 months using the hot water extraction method (steam). This of course is dependant on life style. A home with high traffic and or pets may require cleaning more frequently. Ask us about our maintenance programs.
